At Riot E-Liquid, we want you to be fully satisfied with your style; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale unless defective.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
